After graduating, I worked as an assistant animator on ‘The Shadow King,’ a feature-length stop-motion film directed by Henry Selick, known for ‘Coraline’ and ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas.’ Henry Selick was producing the film in San Francisco under the supervision of Disney and Pixar, and I was responsible for creating the animatics using stop-motion techniques. Unfortunately, the production was halted, and the animation was never completed.
